Meredith England is an NYC based performer. 

Favorite credits include Katurian in THE PILLOWMAN, William Dunn in MEN ON BOATS, and March in UNTITLED, UNKNOWN ARTIST(S). They have been seen on stage across the five boroughs at venues including Court Square Theater, Columbia University, SOOP Theatre Company, and others.

ANDREW RODGERS

Andrew Rodgers is a New York–based writer, producer, and performer.

He is currently developing his debut short film, which he wrote, produced, and stars in, set for release in 2026. On stage, Rodgers has appeared as the Fool in KING LEAR and in numerous regional productions. Before returning to the performing arts, he spent five years working in college football, where he honed his skills in leadership and storytelling—skills that continue to inform his creative work today.

Rodgers is a graduate of Indiana University, and is thrilled to be returning to the stage with SAME/SAME/DIFFERENT. IG: andrewmrodgers

EM CROWE

playwright & original music

Em Crowe is a New York-based musician and playwright.

As a New Jersey native, Em Crowe grew up with the music scenes of both Philadelphia and New York as influences in her creative pulse. Em has been a member of the band The Forest View Movement as a lead vocalist since 2021, and they are a staple in the local Philadelphia music scene that has stretched its legs to NYC and other parts of the East Coast. Their performances have been hosted at venues such as Heaven Can Wait, Kung-Fu Necktie, Silk City, Lower Forge Brewery, and the weddings of two of their own band mates. In their time as a group, they have completed a 2024 live album, “Live at Gradwell”, as well as the EP “The Other Side, Vol. 1”. Em has also produced, composed, and arranged the singles “Play On” (Em Crowe) and “26” (Em Crowe). Her visual work includes artistic direction and performance in the music video “Blue” (The Forest View Movement). 

As a graduate of Emerson College, Em completed a degree in Visual Media Arts with a specialization in screenwriting and film casting. SAME/SAME/DIFFERENT is an amalgamation of all of the creative forces that make Em Crowe tick.

HALEY FORTUNE

director

Haley Fortune is a New York–based director, writer, and producer whose work spans theater, music, and digital media. 

She most recently directed THE TRAIN STOPPERS, a new musical by Amanda Freeman and Adam LaPorte starring Meghan Rooney, Jordan Jacobs, and Cara Rose DiPietro, which premiered at the 2025 Downtown Urban Arts Festival, where it received both the Best Short and Audience Favorite awards.

Her theater credits include the licensing premiere of Will Bonfiglio’s THE RESIDENTS OF CRAIGSLIST and a workshop production of Allison Morris’s TWO BIRDS THAT ARE STONED (developed through the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center), as part of Fresh Paint Performance Lab’s Incubator series. At The Tank NYC, where she began as an intern on Greg Kotis’s I AM NOBODY, Haley recently directed COURTSHIP and lead produced PLUME (directed by Jackson Paul Walker), both works by Adam LaPorte.


As a performer, Haley has appeared at The Tank, National Sawdust, La MaMa, and FRIGID New York, and is featured on the original cast recording of VAGINIA TOWN and in the short film TREES, both by Mur. She is co-writer and producer of the upcoming web series DOOMSCROLL, created with longtime collaborator Brade Bradshaw, and co-hosts the lifestyle/comedy podcast Best of Luck With Everything. Haley holds a BFA from Oklahoma City University. IG: @halesfortune
